Retardé E is a concrete surface retarder formulated to delay the surface set of fresh concrete for easy wash-off and controlled aggregate exposure. It helps achieve a clean, consistent textured finish. Ideal for precast and insitu decorative concrete applications where reliable retardation and finish control are important.

Retardé M is a solvent based paint-like liquid which when applied to formwork or moulds, prevents concrete poured against it from setting for up to 72 hours. This allows the retarded concrete to be removed by hose after the formwork has been stripped, resulting in an exposed aggregate finish.

USES

• Retardé M is used to create a mechanical key on a concrete surface which is to have more concrete poured against it. An example of this is where RETARD' M is painted on stop ends which confine individual pours of a floor slab. When the stop ends are removed and the retarded concrete is washed off, the resultant exposed aggregate finish makes an excellent key for the next pour.
• Retardé M can also be used to create an architectural exposed aggregate finish on columns, beams, panels, pavers and any other formed concrete surface.

Rockbonf Fastrock Grout (RB 3.05) powder contains a blend of fine cement powders, high quality graded sands, and a union of admixtures. The admixture also contains a unique system of chloride free accelerators. The powder is pre-mixed and ready-to-use and, when mixed with water, produces a fluid grout that develops an early gain in compressive strength. Rockbond Fastrock Concrete (RB 3.06) powder contains a durable aggregate, and is applied to sections greater than 60mm. Rockbond fastrock Accelerated Grout (RB 3.07) and Rockbond Fastrock Accelerated Concrete (RB 3.08) are used when an early gain in strength is required when ambient temperatures are low. Rockbond fastrock Grouts and concretes are packaged in 25kg durable bags.

Rockbond Surface Retarder-Plus (RB 7.17) is a concrete surface retarder and recommended to be used on concrete with strengths of 20 MPa and over, and on concrete under 20MPa in hot weather. When applied to the surface of freshly poured concrete it delays the normal hydration of cement for a depth of 3-6mm (and occasionally deeper), whilst the underlaying concrete hardens normally.

Seal "N" Flex 1 is a low modulus, one component, Class A polyurethane sealant. When cured it will form a tough, flexible seal capable of cyclic expansion and compression movement of 50%(+ 25%) of the original joint width.

Seal 'N' Flex 1 is virtually unaffected by normal weathering conditions such as rain, sunlight, snow, sleet, ultra-violet radiation, ozone, atmospheric contamination and pollution. Autovid is a crane-handled boat skip designed for moving concrete, rubble, earth, debris, and site waste around construction projects.

The top section of the SECABANCHE is a large waterproof tank with two moveable galvanised partitions. Two connections are provided in the rear part for the emptying of this compartment.
In the lower section, access is through a wide opening with two lockable zinc plated doors.

The reinforced top cover is zinced and tilted to facilitate the runoff of water.

Shutter Oil Marine is our water carried release agent recommended for sensitive environments. Although it requires care in application and must be protected whilst drying, once dry on the forms it provides an exceptional release,  reducing staining, surface imperfections, and post-pour clean-up. 

It is particularly well suited to wharves, bridges, coastal infrastructure, and other marine structures where the environment where chemical contamination needs to be eliminated.
For general concrete work, Formoil DF is our preferred recommendation. For marine and coastal structures, Shutter Oil Marine is the product we recommend first.

Sika Grout 212 is cementitious grouts containing carefully formulated blends of natural aggregates and other materials, plus Sika admixtures which enable them to achieve high early age strengths. Sika Grouts have been designed to incorporate a two-stage process that counteracts the effects of shrinkage often associated with cement grouts.

Sika Grouts contain materials that provide positive expansion in the plastic phase and shrinkage compensation once hardened.

Sika Grouts are normally used in details where the material can be confined and restrained during placement and curing to optimise these characteristics.

Sika Grout 212 is a one component grout and only requires the addition of clean, fresh water.

Uses

Sika Grout 212 is ideal for many types of structural grouting applications. It can be mixed at different stages of fluidity to produce the desired level of workability. Add the required amount of water for:

• Rammable dry pack material.
• Trowel applied medium flow mortar.
• Pourable high flow grout. Typical applications for Sika Grout 212 are:
• Under machine foundations and base plates.
• General cavities, voids and recesses
• Grouts for anchor bolts, ground anchors, rods, etc.

An Acrylic Emulsion curing compound for the protection of concrete from loss of water during the early age curing period.

Uses

The Antisol curing compound is sprayed onto newly laid concrete surfaces and will not affect the normal setting action of the concrete. A thin film barrier is formed to slow down the rate at which water evaporates from the concrete surface during the first few crucial days of curing. This enables more water to be available for the hydration reaction of the cement particles. The concrete can then cure more efficiently to achieve maximum performance properties.

Advantages

The use of Antisol curing compound eliminates the need for costly and impractical curing methods such as wet hessian, polythene sheeting, continuous watering, ponding, etc.

Antisol will assist in providing the following beneficial properties when applied to freshly placed concrete surfaces:

• Reduction in the incidence of shrinkage cracking.
• Improved strength and durability of the concrete.
• Reduction in surface dusting.
