Neoferma Gasket

The Neoferma Gasket is a highly flexible sealing system designed for a wide range of construction joints. Its unique profile consists of hollow sections terminating in individual flexible lips, allowing the gasket to compress easily and maintain close, continuous contact with adjoining surfaces.

Suitable for use with concrete, steel, glass and timber, Neoferma provides an effective and durable seal while accommodating movement within the joint.

• High-rise performance – Tested for demanding wind conditions, including:
  • Buildings over 100 metres high with wind velocities up to 160 km/h, developing pressures of approximately 130 kg/m².
  • Buildings between 160–320 metres high with wind pressures of approximately 180 kg/m².
• Sound insulation – Provides excellent insulation against airborne sound.
• Thermal insulation – A single gasket provides good thermal insulation. For applications requiring higher thermal performance, a double-gasket system can be installed on the inside and outside of the joint.
• Durable synthetic rubber construction – Available in EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), neoprene or similar synthetic rubber compounds.
• Wide operating temperature range – Suitable for temperatures from approximately –35°C to +90°C.
• Long service life – EPDM has an expected service life of approximately 25 years, while silicone rubber can provide a service life of approximately 50 years, depending on application and environmental conditions.
• Colour options available – Colours can be produced to meet architectural and design requirements, subject to minimum order quantities.
