ROCKBOND CONCRETE CONDITIONER (RB 7.19) is a sodium silicate based ready-to-use product that can be used as a concrete surface dustproofer and hardener. It can be used to consolidate and harden rain damaged concrete or floors with weak and dusting surfaces.
