Having been in the field since 1995, KLEEN KOTE started as one of the original,
environmentally friendly water-based release products for the construction industry.
It has many applications in the industry including asphalt, concrete, mining and
hauling and is the ONLY fully adjustable water-based release on the market today
with the ability to adjust from 1 to 1 thru 75 to 1, depending upon your application.

Easy to Use
KLEEN KOTE is the most user friendly water-based release product on the market
today. Simply add water to the required amount of concentrate and the product is
ready to use. Carry 5 gallons of concentrate with you to make 60 gallons worth of
product at a ratio of 11 to 1. KLEEN KOTE is safe for use on all surfaces.
Economical
This is an adjustable water-based product for use in multiple jobsite applications.
The concentrate formula helps reduce waste and shipping costs by 8 to 20 times
that of conventional products. One gallon of concentrate, mixed at 11 to 1 with water
makes 12 gallons of ready-to-use product and has an average coverage ratio of
2,000 sq. ft. per gallon.

products. It does not contain any silicones, solvents or phosphates and ships in a
concentrated form to reduce packaging waste and transportation related costs and
environmental concerns.

and non-dusting, providing an excellent finished surface that is ready to paint
