FRE-FORM concrete release agent is a chemically active form release agent designed specially for use with steel forms, steam curing and general formwork. FRE-FORM is suitable for use on all forms except expanded polystyrene. Properly applied, FRE-FORM will not interfere with the adhesion of coatings and sealants. On surfaces not subjected to weathering (e.g., interior) wash the surface with water containing a little detergent, or brush down thoroughly. A further characteristic of FRE-FORM is that it affords protection to the formwork itself by, in the case of steel, inhibiting rust, and in the case of timber, impregnating the timber rendering it waterproof and resistant to rot.

USES

FRE-FORM is effective on all types of moulds and formwork.
FRE-FORM is recommended for steam-cured metal formwork.
FRE-FORM promotes easy stripping, minimises form clean up, is non-staining and reduces the number of surface air voids (bugholes).
For tilt-slab construction, use DISCRETE.
